The swedish company Ozoneair AB with the organization number 559134-6480 sells products over the Internet to private individuals and companies with organization numbers. We strive to always offer the best possible service to all our customers and to make you feel safe when shopping with us, we have the following terms of purchase. When you place an order with us, you accept these terms of purchase. You must be 18 years of age or have a guardian’s approval when ordering.
When you have submitted an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. In the checkout you can see if we are able to deliver to your country. The email will contain all the information regarding your order, such as invoice address, delivery address, products, prices, and any shipping costs. Normally, your item will leave our warehouse within 24 hours (non-holiday weekdays) from the time your order is confirmed. A tracking link will be sent to you via email or text message when your item is shipped from our warehouse. In Europe, we use PostNord (Nordic Countries) and DPD for our deliveries. You can read more about our delivery options during checkout and see the stock status of each product when you place your order.
The prices on ozoneair.se are displayed in Euro, all prices include 25% Swedish VAT. Shipping cost may be added, depending on which shipping option you choose when you place your order.
Pay by card directly at the checkout. No long forms, no passwords, no worries. We accept debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Right of withdrawal
You have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal (return time frame) from the time you receive an item you ordered. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by phone or email, firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 days
You have the right to examine the product to the extent required to determine the product’s properties or function. However, you may be required to reimburse Ozoneair for the depreciation of the product if the product has been used or handled to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties or function. Such a price deduction may amount to the total price of the product. Products used for more than 12 hours are considered to have been used to a greater extent than necessary to determine its function and properties, which is why a return of such a product will not be approved.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the entire amount is refunded with a deduction for any extra shipping costs or depreciation deductions. We will pay within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund is made using the same method as the original payment. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be in salable condition and sent back in the original box. You are responsible for the risk when returning the item.
The product can be returned using our own return labels. We charge €30 for a return label.

You have the right to complain about a product for two years. The fault must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the error should have been discovered. Reporting faults in the product within 2 months is always considered to be within a reasonable time. After 6 months, you must prove that the fault was there from the start or is due to a production error.
If a complaint is approved, we are responsible for all costs, including all shipping. Remediation must take place within a reasonable time. We can remedy the situation by repairing the fault or exchanging the item for a new one, without faults.
These terms of purchase are governed by Swedish law and conform to the industry rules of Swedish Distance Trading and the conditions that apply to Safe e-certification.

For returns in the event of a complaint, we want you to include a completed return form with your shipment. The form can be downloaded here, or you can ask our customer service department to send it to you.
The products are delivered with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not affect the rights you have as a consumer according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Through our warranty, we guarantee that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or manufacturing defects for a period that does not exceed 5 years from the purchase data. Any materials and/or manufacturing defects will be remedied by repairing or exchanging for a new product.
This warranty applies to the original owner who holds a proof of purchase. The warranty cannot be transferred, and the warranty period will apply starting from the date of purchase.
If you do not collect your items, we will charge you for the cost of delivery, return, as well as the stock cost. The cost for this is currently €40. Uncollected packages do not count as a cancellation of your purchase.
