Summer is a season that simply smells more than the other cooler seasons.

For many summers, Johan Lundberg from Luleå had been annoyed by the typical "summer house smell" in his family's summer house in Norrbotten, a stale smell that couldn't be cleaned away. "It's common for summer houses that are boarded up in winter to start smelling stale. Moisture in the building spreads and settles in textiles and furnishings," he says.
