Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right under applicable consumer protection laws to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days via email, phone, or our cancellation/return form. It is sufficient that the notification is sent before the withdrawal period has expired.

You are entitled to inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its characteristics and functionality. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for this purpose, we reserve the right to deduct compensation for any diminished value.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • The purchase amount will be refunded, minus any additional shipping costs or deductions for diminished value.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed no later than 14 days after we have received the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The product must be returned in resalable condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Ozoneair offers the following voluntary trial periods:

  • Ozoneair Purify: up to 30 days

  • Ozoneair Purify Pro: up to 30 days
  • Ozoneair Clean: up to 14 days

  • Ozoneair Wash: up to14 days

  • Ozoneair Dry: up to 30 days
  • Ozoneair Guard: up to 14 days

The trial period begins on the delivery date.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The return request must be submitted within the applicable trial period.

  • The product must be returned complete, undamaged, and with all accessories included.

  • The product must be properly cleaned and packaged.

Damage, excessive wear, or missing accessories may result in a full or partial denial of the refund.

  • Using our prepaid return label for a fee of SEK 295.

Only one refund per household may be granted.

Refunds are processed no later than 14 days after the return has been approved and exclude any return shipping costs.


Warranty Claims

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to file a complaint regarding a product for up to three years from the date of purchase.

Complaints must be submitted as soon as the defect is discovered, or reasonably should have been discovered. A complaint made within two months is always considered to have been submitted within a reasonable time.

In the event of an approved complaint:

  • Ozoneair covers all costs, including shipping.

  • The defect will be remedied through repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

After six months, the burden of proof rests with the consumer to demonstrate that the defect was original.

All warranty claims are handled through customer service.


Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are not collected will incur a fee of SEK 395, corresponding to our actual costs for shipping, return handling, and administration.

Unclaimed packages are not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal. Customers must always actively notify us regarding cancellations or returns.


Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
