When Patrik Fagervall, 30, opens the door to his home in Luleå, he’s always met with the same sight: an eager wagging tail and bright brown eyes. By his side is Cooper, a one-year-old mixed-breed dog who is always ready for the next adventure.
– We’re out pretty much every day. Walks in the forest, chanterelle hunting in the autumn, long-distance ice skating in the winter, and road trips to the mountains in the summer. He’s up for anything, says Patrik.

– There's dog hair on the sofa, mud on the rug, and paw prints appearing everywhere. Cooper really loves to cuddle on the sofa or curl up in bed, and I think it's worth having him there even if the price is a bit of extra cleaning, says Patrik.
