Being a pollen allergy sufferer can be incredibly difficult. When nothing helped Johan's pollen allergy, he took matters into his own hands and developed a completely new type of air purifier.

Itchy eyes, runny nose, and repeated sneezing. Pollen allergy affects many people, draining their strength and energy. It happens when the immune system overreacts to proteins found in pollen and spores. The body then produces allergy antibodies, leading to sensitivity.
Filters are not enough
Entrepreneur Johan Lundberg was one of many people struggling with pollen allergy. He tried various air purifiers but was not satisfied. Today, his air purifier is the best-selling in Sweden.
– It all started with my own battle against pollen allergy. I had difficulty finding an air purifier that worked for me. Most products on the market felt inadequate; in fact, air purification technology hasn't changed much in over 100 years. Pollutants are still trapped in filters, says Johan Lundberg.
– I spoke with an allergy researcher, who told me that most symptoms are caused by gases that cannot be captured by filters. Regular air purifiers only capture dust, like large vacuum cleaners. They mask and circulate bad air instead of actually destroying harmful particles. Furthermore, the smallest allergens are so tiny that they pass straight through the filter.
"Destroys pollutants"
Together with Luleå University of Technology and allergy specialists, Johan developed an air purifier with a technology that takes it a step further – by destroying the smallest gases and pollutants.
– Purify destroys pollutants 1,000 times smaller than what HEPA filters can capture and continuously removes allergens from pollen, pets, and dust mites.
Since its launch, Johan's innovative air purifier has not only made an impact in healthcare and medical environments but also among the general public. Over 100,000 Swedes have already incorporated this revolutionary technology into their homes.
