Jennifer Johansson, 33, Piteå, is in the middle of family life with small children. With an everyday life filled with toys, spills and gritty children's shoes, it can be difficult to keep the home fresh and inviting. Now, a new, Swedish-developed machine has made cleaning easier and more efficient.
Crumbs in the sofa, spilled juice in the stroller, and a back seat that has seen better days. Life with small children is wonderful – but also full of small, sticky traces.
For Jennifer Johansson and her partner Oskar Eriksson, it was precisely those hard-to-clean surfaces that had become a challenge.
"We cleaned often, but it's hard to get the larger furniture and carpets really clean. The sofa sometimes smelled like 'preschool,' the stroller was hard to clean, and there was a sweet odor in the car from spilled juice that couldn't quite be removed," she says.
Textile cleaner that doesn't use chemicals
Taking carpets to the dry cleaner is an option (albeit an expensive one). And scrubbing the sofa with strong detergents takes both time and energy. But Jennifer heard about the textile cleaner Ozoneair Wash, which cleans with only water.
It wasn't with full conviction that Jennifer tested the machine, but she was pleasantly surprised.

How it works
Using Wash is easy.
"It's like a vacuum cleaner, but it washes with water bubbles. You brush away crumbs first, then you run it over the surface," says Jennifer.
Very tough stains can be pre-treated with stain remover. Then you simply move the nozzle over the textile.
"The best part is that you're done in just a few minutes. It's nice to avoid mess and strong odors – it gets fresh immediately," says Jennifer.
