Usage and Maintenance

  • Smart Mode
    The fan speed is automatically adjusted according to air quality, providing optimal purification without you needing to make any settings. Just start it – and it handles the rest.
  • Manual Mode
    Choose the fan speed yourself (1–4) depending on how quickly you want to purify the air. Perfect for when you want to increase the effect for poorer air or run it slower for quieter operation.
  • Sleep Mode
    An extra quiet mode adapted for nighttime. The front light turns off and the Purify Pro runs at the lowest fan speed for a calm and undisturbed sleep environment.

For best effect:

• Place it slightly higher (table/shelf).

• Keep the air intake at the back clear.

• Avoid placing it on the floor or in cramped spaces.

This ensures optimal air circulation.

Every 6 months, you should replace the filter for optimal performance. When it's time, the front panel will light up yellow and the purifier will switch to the lowest fan speed until the filter has been replaced and reset. Easy and only takes a few seconds.

Just two things:

Clean the sensors every 3 months (gently vacuum the back)

Wipe the device clean as needed

Yes. Press and hold the sleep button for 2 seconds to turn off the light. Perfect if it's in the bedroom.

Troubleshooting guide

Possible Cause:

  1. The product is not switched on.
  2. The power cord is not properly connected.
  3. The power outlet is not working.

Solution:

  1. Connect the product to a secure power source. Power on by pressing the power button.
  2. Ensure the power cord is securely connected. When the power cord is correctly connected, the front light will illuminate for 3 seconds to indicate that the power cord is functioning.
  3. Try a different power outlet.

Possible cause:

  1. The filter cover is not properly attached.
  2. There may be a problem with the product.

Solution:

  1. The filter cover is secured with magnets that have an asymmetrical pattern. Make sure to follow the pattern.
  2. Contact your retailer and describe the problem.

Possible cause:

  1. The product is warning that it is time to change the filter.

Solution:

  1. Follow the instructions on page 13. After changing the filter, reset the counter by holding down the fan button for 5 seconds to change the yellow light to white.

Possible cause:

  1. The product is in sleep mode.
  2. The front light has been manually switched off.

Solution:

  • In sleep mode, the front light remains off so as not to disturb the user. Press the fan and power buttons to switch to a mode that activates the front light.
  • The front light can be turned off by holding the sleep button for 2 seconds. To activate the light, press the fan button or the power button.
  • Possible cause:

    1. The sensors are blocked.
    2. The filter is full.
    3. The air quality in the room is very poor, or new air is constantly entering.

    Solution:

    1. Clean the sensors as per the instructions on page 14.
    2. The filter is full and must be replaced. Follow the instructions on page 13.
    3. Operate in manual mode, fan speed 4. If the situation does not improve, continue with the same setting but isolate the room by closing doors and windows.

    Possible cause:

    1. A plastic-like smell may occur initially. For Purify 60 Pro and Purify 120 Pro, the photocatalytic function may also emit a metallic smell when the product is first started.

    Solution:

    1. These smells may occur at the beginning of the product's life cycle but will gradually disappear over time. The smells are completely harmless.
