Subscription Policy for Filters for Ozoneair Dry
1. General
This subscription policy ("the Policy") governs the terms and conditions for Ozoneair's service for recurring filter deliveries for the Ozoneair Dry product ("the Service"). By signing up for a filter subscription ("the Subscription"), the customer ("the Customer") accepts the Policy in its entirety.
2. Scope of the Subscription
2.1. The Subscription entails that the Customer receives one (1) annual delivery of filters for Ozoneair Dry. The delivery contains two (2) filters, intended for semi-annual replacements.
2.2. Delivery occurs automatically according to the delivery schedule determined by Ozoneair.
2.3. Payment is made per annual delivery in accordance with the current price list.
3. Conditions for Lifetime Warranty
3.1. The Customer receives a lifetime warranty on their Ozoneair Dry unit provided that the Customer:
a) maintains an active Subscription without interruption, and
b) replaces filters two (2) times per year in accordance with Ozoneair's recommendations, and
c) uses and maintains the product in accordance with the accompanying user instructions.
3.2. The lifetime warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
3.3. The lifetime warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, external impact, lack of maintenance, or other handling contrary to Ozoneair's instructions.
4. Impact of Canceled Subscription
4.1. If the Subscription is paused, terminated, or otherwise ceases to be active, the lifetime warranty will cease to apply with immediate effect.
4.2. Any benefits associated with the Subscription will cease at the same time.
5. Ozoneair's Responsibility
5.1. Ozoneair is responsible for providing filters intended for the correct operation of Ozoneair Dry.
5.2. Ozoneair undertakes to repair or replace the Product if defects are covered by the lifetime warranty, provided that point 3 is fulfilled.
5.3. Ozoneair is not responsible for indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses that cannot be directly attributed to material or manufacturing defects.
6. Customer's Responsibility
6.1. The Customer is responsible for:
a) updating address and payment information,
b) ensuring that the filters are installed correctly, and
c) following the product's maintenance instructions.
7. Changes to the Policy
7.1. Ozoneair reserves the right to amend the Policy.
7.2. In the event of significant changes, the Customer will be informed in advance.
7.3. Continued use of the Service after changes have come into effect implies that the Customer accepts the updated terms.
8. Agreement Period and Termination
8.1. The Subscription runs indefinitely.
8.2. The Customer has the right to terminate the Subscription with immediate effect.
8.3. Termination does not affect deliveries already sent or charged.
